ARODIAL / PRIVACY
Privacy policy
Arodial is developed by Lee Bates, the independent developer behind Swollen Monkey Studios. This policy describes Arodial’s handling of calendar and location information.
Arodial doesn't collect, store or share any personal data. There is no account and no server.
- Calendars: Arodial reads and edits events on your device through Apple's calendar framework. Your events never leave your iPhone because of Arodial.
- Location (optional): only if you turn on Travel time. Your location and an event's address are used to ask Apple Maps for a journey time. That request goes to Apple under Apple's privacy policy; Arodial keeps nothing.
- Siri: handled on your device by iOS.
- No tracking: no analytics, advertising or third-party code.
- Arodial Pro: Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Arodial doesn’t see your payment details; it only checks with Apple whether Pro is unlocked.
- Notifications: If you turn on leave-by alerts, Arodial schedules notifications on your iPhone. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- Quick-add ideas: Suggestions are worked out on your iPhone from your recent events and never leave it.
- Widgets: Widgets show your events using the same on-device data as the app.
